The Miss Lewis County Scholarship Pageant is held yearly in March. The pageant is an official pre-liminary pageant for Miss Washington and Miss America.
 
OUR MISSION STATEMENT
       The Miss Lewis County Scholarship Program is a non-profit organization that builds a positive community environment by enabling young women the opportunities to be awarded scholarships, grow personally and professionally, and to contribute to community service. 

Our History
The Miss Lewis County Scholarship Program is an official preliminary to the Miss Washington and Miss America Scholarship Pageants.  This year, the program celebrates its 44th year with the Miss America Organization.

The Miss Lewis County Scholarship Program provides in-depth training and experience in developing leadership and interview skills.  This will pay dividends throughout the young woman’s career and lifetime.  She will also receive extensive training in developing her choice of talent, along with personal grooming, poise and wardrobe consultation.

Our Purpose
The Purpose of this organization is to hald a yearly scholarship pageant to:
a.) Provide a community-supported program for young woman;
b.) Provide educational scholarships;
c.) Participate in programs and events to promote Lewis County;
d.) Prepare a qualified representative to compete as a contestant at the Miss Washington Scholarship Pageant.
